ASEC is an international team that delivers actuarial systems used by Aviva business units around the world. The team is mainly focused on maintenance and development of in-house built tools that support actuarial calculations. What will you be doing?: Develop, enhance, and maintain actuarial models using Snowflake, Python, Prophet, Tyche. Lead the design and implementation of code changes, ensuring adherence to internal code standards and best practices. Perform actuarial asset valuation analyses and clearly interpret and communicate conclusions. Plan and own analyses and development activities within a defined business or technical area. Implement and document coding solutions and key design decisions to ensure model owner and user expectations are fully met. Act as a senior point of reference within the team, supporting less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
