Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material movement, accurate inventory control, and safe work practices. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse associates, supports workflow execution, and ensures operational standards are met to support field installation, production, and customer delivery requirements. Essential Functions: Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations, including receiving, put-away, staging, and outbound shipments. Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock rotation practices. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe material storage practices. Schedule warehouse staffing and assign daily work priorities to meet production and installation demands. Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse safety procedures. Conduct inspections on inbound receipts and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
