What you’ll do: As a Case Manager in our Homelessness Services team, you’ll provide intensive, person centered support to individuals and families who are experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. The role focuses on case management, coordination of services, and consistent engagement to support safety, housing stability, and improved wellbeing. This is primarily an outreach-based role, involving regular travel to meet with clients in the community.
