Agile is all about collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement and you’ll be right at the heart of it. As an apprentice, you’ll support teams as they build their Agile ways of working. You’ll get hands-on experience researching Agile topics, helping to run team sessions like retrospectives, and supporting teams to understand how they’re working and how they can improve. You don’t need to be an expert—we’ll support you with training, mentoring, and plenty of opportunities to learn.
