Job Description A bit more about this role: Devoted Medical is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and mission-driven Physician Leader to serve as the Medical Director, Digital and Everyday Care . This role serves as the clinical dyad partner to the Senior Manager of Digital and Everyday Care Clinical Operations, together architecting the future of "Everyday Care"—a model where primary and virtual care merge to provide accessible, high-quality support for every member. In this role, you will lead a team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) responsible for Everyday Care and Digital Visit escalations. You will oversee the clinical backbone of our digital portal, ensuring that members receiving care via digital chat and asynchronous channels receive the same level of excellence as an in-person visit. You are the clinical owner of a "0→1" operating system that blends human relationship-centered care with advanced AI infrastructure.
