This ServiceNow Visualization & Configuration Management (CM) Analyst will join our Digital Modernization Group on the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract. This is a role for a ServiceNow power user who excels at creating data visualizations and has a background in CM. As the Defense Information Systems Agency transitions to ServiceNow, your primary mission is to become the team's subject matter expert (SME) for data analysis and visualization. As a member of the CM team reporting to the CM Manager, you will step into a recently transitioned ServiceNow environment that is leveraging modern telecom modules (TSOM/TNI) and immediately design, deliver, and maintain critical visualizations to support team objectives.
