About the role: As eCommerce Manager, you will own the day ‑ to ‑ day commercial performance of our Dyson.DACH web shops. You are the commercial heartbeat of the website, translating strategy into decisive trading actions that drive revenue, margin and customer experience. You will plan, execute and continuously optimise trading and sales activities across Dyson DACH , working closely with DACH counterparts, the Commercial Team, Digital Analytics, Supply and EMEA as well as Global functions. This role requires a strong, hands ‑ on trader who thrives in a fast ‑ paced environment, spots opportunities early, mitigates risks quickly and is confident making commercial decisions.
