Job Description The Logistics Food Service Driver supports the operations team in running successful events, markets, and food service initiatives within the location. The Logistics Food Service Driver supports and carries out set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the food service location, serving guests during events, and breaking down/ cleaning up after an event. Job Responsibilities: - Physical Demands & Logistics: Frequently lift, move, and transport over 50 lbs. Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of food, beverages, and heavy equipment for campus projects and catering events. - Event Setup & Breakdown: Execute full event setups, including tables, canopies, buffet lines, and waste/recycling stations. Post-event, break down areas, clean equipment, and ensure items are returned to proper storage. - Inventory & Warehouse Management: Maintain par levels, document inventory, and manage warehouse storage. Replenish products at markets and event locations as needed. - Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, kitchens, and service areas.
