Responsibilities: Automation & Controls - Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens) to ensure efficient machine operation. - Perform diagnostics on control circuits, sensors, and communication networks; implement corrective actions with minimal supervision. - Maintain and back up PLC programs and related documentation; assist in control upgrades and integration of new equipment. Electrical & Mechanical Systems: - Independently perform advanced electrical wiring and troubleshooting for 24V, 110V, 220V, and 480V systems, ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E standards. - Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including short circuits, grounding issues, and component failures, minimizing downtime. - Execute PMs and rebuilds on motors, drives, and servo systems, maintaining alignment, calibration, and motor performance. Robotics & Automation Equipment: - Write, modify, and optimize programs for robots including calibration and system integration with PLCs, sensors, and vision systems. - Perform robot PMs including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration; ensure motion paths and tool offsets mee...
