Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and phone skills. Must be able to multitask and handle stressful situations. Is a positive role model and promote teamwork. Should have knowledge of medical terminology, and medical test which are entered into the computer. Has patient contact when doing EKG or transporting patients to an inpatient unit.
