Job Description Summary GE Vernova’s Monitoring & Diagnostics team is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Technology function in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced monitoring technologies used across electrical substations to help customers assess, protect, and optimize the performance of critical grid assets, including power transformers, circuit breakers, and related equipment. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design through verification, validation, certification, and product launch. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level engineer with strong mechanical design and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a cross-functional product development environment and wants to contribute to innovative technologies that support the energy transition.
