Job description

Specific duties include, but are not limited to: SharePoint & M365 Administration Design and implement SharePoint site structures, including hub sites, communication sites, and team sites, ensuring a logical and scalable information architecture. Establish and enforce metadata standards, content types, and retention policies to ensure data remains searchable and compliant. Manage user access and security groups via on-prem AD and Azure AD (Entra ID); perform regular permission audits and maintain external sharing controls. Manage global Microsoft SharePoint and Teams settings, including voice policies, meeting configurations, and secure external collaboration. Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, manage tenant-wide settings, and oversee the implementation of new features from the Microsoft roadmap Business Analysis & Digital Transformation: Partner with departmental stakeholders to document current "as-is" processes and design "to-be" digital workflows within SharePoint. Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to automate manual business processes and create custom forms integrated with SharePoint lists.
