In this role, you'll: Be part of Transport for NSW's Legal & Governance branch, (which reports to the Transport Secretary), working collaboratively across the organisation, partnering to provide critical legal advice and support for sensitive and complex legal matters to support the operations of Transport for NSW and other agencies in the transport portfolio. This Senior Manager position is an integral part of the specialist Projects, Development and Planning team within Transport for NSW's Legal & Governance branch and primarily has responsibility for supporting the NSW Future Fleet Program (Rail),a multidecade initiative to replace aging suburban passenger trains, starting with the Tangara fleet by the early 2030s, followed by the Millennium, Oscar, and Waratah fleets through the 2040s and 2050s.
