Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deputy Program Manager/Program Operations Lead to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily program operations, integrating technical, management, and support functions to meet schedule, scope, and quality targets. - Translate PM strategic guidance into executable workplans, priorities, and resource allocations. - Serve as senior decision maker and assume PM responsibilities in PM absence to ensure continuity. - Track program performance (schedule, cost, deliverables), manage risks/issues, and coordinate mitigation actions. - Lead cross‑functional coordination with Government stakeholders, task leads, functional managers, vendors, and subcontractors. - Enforce program management processes, change control, configuration management, and quality assurance gates. - Produce operational reporting, status briefings, decision papers, and recommendation packages for senior leadership. - Drive staffing/resource management, onboarding, and personnel assignments to maintain execution discipline. #ENOCS Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 ye...
