Human Resources Specialist

Job description

The HR Specialist will be responsible for significantly serving CFP employees and supporting the Senior Human Resource Manager by managing key areas of the employee experience – including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation and compliance. This role works closely with managers, employee and the HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly and in alignment with company values and goals. Other duties and projects are assigned to meet CFP’s Mission and Purpose. - Payroll administration. - Maintain accurate personnel file management utilizing HRIS/Ultipro system ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality. - Support the full-cycle recruiting process: job postings, screening, interviews, offers. - Onboards new employees through HRIS/Ultipro ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Conduct “On Boarding” New Hire Orientation with new employees including Prohibition of Harassment & Discrimination training. - Assist new hires with logging into cfpOne and completing benefit elections within first 30 days of employment. - Assists with employee password resets. - Schedules, attends and presents at meetings (ex.
