Department: University Police Salary: $8.25 per hour (Max 26 hours per week) Position Summary: The duties of the University Student Parking Services Office Assistant are to facilitate smooth Parking Office operations assisting Parking Services Supervisor with various business and record keeping tasks while handling the customer service needs of the office environment. Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs. Adheres to all department and University policies and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist Parking Services Supervisor with various business and record keeping tasks. - Provide Customer Service to the front office. - Departmental Operations. - Administrative Operations. - Additional tasks as required by the department. Minimum Qualifications: - Applicants must be enrolled as a JSU student taking at least three (3) hours per fall or spring semester.
