As a Senior Access Associate, you lead in the management and guidance of team members to maintain Rochester Regional’s high-quality standards of customer care. STATUS: Part time (20 hrs.): LOCATION: UMMC - North Street Campus - 127 North Street Batavia, NY 14020 DEPARTMENT: Radiology: SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 7 pm ATTRIBUTES: One year of related work experience in customer service setting required Ability to lead and take direction Basic computer skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership. Provides knowledge, expertise and guidance to a team of access associates; assist in training new employees; serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex issues Customer Service. Manage incoming calls and provide necessary information; greet patients and/or their representatives and provide direction as needed; schedule patient appointments; interview patients and/or their representatives to obtain necessary information Registration & Verification.
