JOB SUMMARY: The Life Skills and Employment will work both individually and in a group setting with residents in the agencys Permanent Supportive Housing First Program for Chronically Homeless Adults. The Life Skills and Employment Specialist will be responsible to design and implement a life skills and employment based curriculum that fits the needs of our residents and helps to achieve program goals. . The Life Skills and Employment Specialist will also use stages of change and supported employment methodology in their work.
