Job Duties: - Under broad direction, this role is responsible for delivering highly technical and/or specialized training and educational programs to internal and external customers. - Provides subject matter expertise for highly technical training and/or professional development curriculum. - The Senior Technical Instructor is responsible for partnering with Instructional Design in the curriculum development process to include design/redesign, execution, and success metrics.
