Job description

We are looking for an execution‑focused People Analytics Partner to support Commercial, Regions, and the People Function in end‑to‑end ownership of people analytics delivery. You will partner closely with senior leaders (up to CEO-2 level) to turn business questions into actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making in a dynamic, global environment. This is a high-impact role with real accountability and visibility. You will own the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary People Analytics Partner for Commercial and Regional stakeholders, owning the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery and stakeholder influence. Deliver and evolve core products and priority initiatives for the People Leadership Team (PLT), including Operational Performance Reviews (OPR), Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), scorecards, succession heat maps, and bowler charts.
