Job Description: The Technician 1 role allows for the training and development on the assembly, labeling, packing and coating of dental implants and abutments. This is a training role with the intention of promoting the individual to higher levels. Responsibilities: Ability to demonstrate proficiency in labeling, assembly and packaging processes. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in learning new skills and applications quickly. Capable of learning and performing all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirements Capable of learning regulatory requirements which include FDA QSR and ISO requirements. Accountability: - Interfaces with quality assurance and quality control to maintain quality of work produced. - Regularly partners with STA operators I-III to provide additional production. - Perform day-to-day operations in a clean room center production environment. - Good manual dexterity - Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum - Have 20/20 vision with or without aid Job Requirements: Critical Knowledge: - High School Diploma, some college preferred. - Successfully completes all SOP Training - Successfully completes all QSR and ISO 9001 Training Critical Skills: - Able to communic...
