This position involves packing, moving, transporting, and storing customer belongings safely and efficiently during property restoration or relocation projects. The technician ensures items are handled with the same level of care as top moving companies while adhering to SERVPRO’s restoration standards. Key Responsibilities: Contents Handling & Inventory• Conduct detailed inventories of customer belongings using SERVPRO software or digital tracking systems.• Pack and wrap items using appropriate materials such as bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and specialty crates.• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances as required.• Identify and document damaged or non-salvageable items.• Label, tag, and photograph items to maintain clear chain-of-custody records.
