Principal Workday Technical Lead

The Workday Technical Lead directly supports the IT HR Product Team and is primarily responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations across all IT and business systems. Additionally, this role will also support the portfolio of other HR solutions. This role will act in a technical lead capacity and will be responsible from driving the evaluation of new and existing systems to determine integration requirements and provide solutions utilizing services, workflows, and tools that align to enterprise strategies and adhere to architectural principles and best practices. This position will lead the planning, coordinating, and operations of the system(s), including daily support using best practices for business operation, and ensuring the system’s availability and functionality across the portfolio. This position will report to the IT HR Product Owner as an embedded IT Workday resource within the HRIS team.
