Process Engineer Location: North Charleston, South Carolina: Job Responsibilities: Process Improvement & Controls: - Utilize Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) and Lean principles to identify root causes of manufacturing issues, minimize process variability, and improve overall operational performance. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and control strategies. - Establish and maintain statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure high-quality production standards. Troubleshooting & Support: - Provide expert-level, hands-on support for complex process and equipment troubleshooting. - Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers and maintenance staff to develop their problem-solving capabilities. - Analyze production data to identify trends, diagnose potential problems, and proactively develop solutions.
