Benefits: POSITION: The Sales Representative is an active sales role focused on driving new membership growth by building relationships, creating a positive experience, and confidently guiding prospects to a sale. This position also supports member retention through high-level customer service. Compensation is partially performance-based and tied directly to sales results. Boutique fitness experience is a plus, but not required.
