JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for working closely and effectively with our customers to review business processes, provide insightful analysis, assess solutions, and advise on how to best achieve their goals. This position requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Responsibilities: - Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet customer needs. - Collaborates with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements aligned to business objectives, understand current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. - Provides in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics applications and evaluates customer processes against standard functionality. - Follows implementation methodology, understanding key activities and deliverables for client engagements, leveraging standard templates and improving documentation quality. - Utilizes Microsoft technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task Guides, Power Platform, Offic...
