What You'll Do: - Turn on all overhead doors - Check drop box for keys and give it to advisors - Greet customers as soon as they come in - Make sure no vehicles blocking drive through, move any vehicles parked in drive through ( See advisor). - Help dress vehicles for service, complete walk arounds. - Complete service cleans and manage service was expectations - Make sure drive throug area is clean and presentable - Move Loaner vehicles upfront - Constantly check in with all service advisors - Monitor teams chats - Make sure all walkways are cleared of snow and ice and de icer is used. - Make sure all service cars are cleared ofsnow and windshields are cleared. - Check in with service wash bay constantly for assitance. - Help with valet and shuttle services.
