YOUR ROLE: As a Forklift Operator, you're a key player in distribution center operations! Your role includes safely unloading, loading, warehousing, and staging merchandise throughout the distribution center using a mechanical forklift or manual means as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: - Ensure a safe work environment by efficiently operating mechanical equipment - Operate a stand-up forklift to replenish, load/unload trailers, and move product to various locations - Maintain proper certifications to operate required powered industrial trucks - Accurately sort, stage, load and unload inbound and outbound freight - Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations - Ensure monthly production and quality standards are met - Be open to performing other duties as assigned - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to operate forklifts - Previous experience in a distribution center - Excellent counting skills and attention to detail - Manual dexterity required - Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 12 hours at a time - Stand for long periods o...
