Job description

Support the CBN CEO and Management Board in communications with CBNs regulators. Identify, assess and manage all non-prudential regulatory & reporting obligations of CBN. This includes oversight and coordination of the full annual communications requirements with the regulatory bodies that CBN engages with, including the DNB, CBI and CSSF. Preparation and oversight of all regulatory meetings for CBN. Assisting in managing workflows from Regulatory Change Management Systems including status reporting. Management of Communication with Regulator communication flows and required approvals. Advise and support the Management Board on the design, updates and implementation of policies where required. Design and update our internal procedures and work instructions related to regulatory reporting to make sure they keep up with changes in legislation or regulatory expectations. Represent CBN on the industry working groups and commissions wherever relevant. This may include conversations with external stakeholders or participating in written consultations by government bodies.
