Summary of Essential Functions: - Develops social media plan based on annual marketing plan and current hospital strategic plan. - Works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to perform other tasks as needed. Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in marketing / communications is helpful, which may be obtained through vocational school or related job experiences, 1 to 2 years preferred, or college student studying in related field. - Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Licensure and Certifications: - Not applicable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Flexible 20-hour week schedule, Monday through Friday. Will work around school schedule. - Excellent writing and editing skills to include advanced knowledge of AP style. - Experience using social media for corporate communication purposes. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Ability to effectively and courteously communicate with other persons. - Ability to exercise good judgment and develop strong working relationships. - Strong oral and written skills. - Bright, hardworking and enthusiastic with a commitment to excel...
