Job Title: Process Technician Job Description: THE ROLE: Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Process Technician to join our team. This role will focus on fixturing/tooling, continuous improvement projects, training, troubleshooting, assembly, and documentation for their department. You will use metrics and data to understand where opportunities exist and be able to execute projects from start to finish implementing your ideas. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to manufacturing, including providing manufacturing assistance and support for New and/or Existing Product and Process lines; process continuous improvements and developing programs for set up guidelines. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 6AM-2PM. THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN THE WORK HOURS WILL NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE BASED ON THE PROJECT AND PRODUCTION DEMANDS. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Works with engineering staff, manufacturing and other team members to improve product manufacturability and feasibility, such as implementing manufacturing prototype parts, designing and building fixtures, planning and organizing layout processes for work cells and assembly lines.
