Responsibilities: - Prepare, enter, review, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and other related documents from dictated or handwritten notes - Open and distribute incoming mail (postal and electronic) and other documents; coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations - Schedule and confirm employer’s appointments and meetings - Order office supplies and manage inventory - Respond to inquiries received by phone and email; relay phone calls and messages - Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for information records - Develop and implement office procedures - Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the employer...
