Job Responsibilities: Chart assembly/validation with loose sheet analysis via the One Content system with follow up of missing documentation Emergency Room chart analysis: Facility and clinic scanning with QA of scanned images, documentation of findings and corrective action Timely and accurate indexing of patient information Processing myCare activation requests: Validating and processing Advance Care Planning documentation via Epic.
