About the role: Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation Technology to support and deliver strategic technical initiatives supporting our HR functions. As a member of our HR Technology team within our HR Operations organization, you will work closely with internal HR & IT teams, vendors, and business partners supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module as well as various other HR technologies.
