Description Heritage Health is seeking a seasoned, mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as the organization’s senior clinical executive and principal physician leader. The CMO provides enterprise-wide leadership for clinical strategy, quality, patient safety, and care delivery across all service lines while advancing Heritage Health’s mission to improve access and outcomes for the communities we serve. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a physician leader with a demonstrated ability to lead at the system level—balancing clinical excellence, regulatory accountability, operational performance, and physician engagement. The CMO plays a central role in shaping the organization’s clinical model, strengthening governance and quality infrastructure, and ensuring care delivery aligns with value-based care principles, compliance requirements, and long-term organizational sustainability.
