We are seeking a full time Clinician in Rockdale, GA We are hiring a community-based based Functional Family Therapy (FFT) AND MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Clinicians/Therapists to provide mental health servicesin the community for area for youth and their families following the evidence-based model, throughout the different stages of treatment. Services are provided in program participants' homes and are geared towards serving youth who are in need of intensive community-based intervention, are at risk or have a history of out-of-home placement, and/or have community justice involvement. Job Responsibilities: - Carry a caseload as assigned. - Actively participate as part of a therapy team, including attending weekly team and individual supervision meetings. - Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports, and with both clinical and concrete services. - Make case progress notes as required - Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities.
