Commercial HVAC/R Sales Account Executive

Description We are searching for an experienced commercial HVAC sales engineer. The candidate will have extensive knowledge with rooftops, chillers, cooling towers, split systems, VRF's, MAU's and refrigeration systems Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Quoting/Estimating - Prepare accurate, detailed profitable cost estimates in a timely manner. Account for labor, material, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs within estimate. Be cognizant of margin and profit per estimate. Collaborate with technicians to ensure scope and needed material is captured so accurate information is sent to the customer. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with Facility Managers, Building & Business Owners using a consultative approach - Perform inside and outside sales activities to acquire new customers as well as project based work for current customers - Handle incoming leads in a timely fashion - Prepare and propose solutions to meet the customers needs - Prepare detailed job scopes that a PM can follow using a formula that will be profitable and one that follows the companies strict safet...
