Overview At UW Credit Union, our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) plays a critical role in helping the organization execute on strategic priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes for our members, employees, and business partners. We are seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Project Manager (internally known as Project Manager III) to lead some of our largest, most complex, and highest impact initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project management. While this individual will lead complex projects from initiation through implementation, they will also be expected to manage initiatives that involve multiple interconnected workstreams, cross functional teams, phased deliverables, vendor relationships, and significant organizational change. This role is well suited for someone who has experience thinking beyond a single project plan and can effectively coordinate broader programs or enterprise initiatives with many moving parts.
