About the Position As VP, Global FP&A, you will be a strategic finance leader and operating partner to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team, responsible for company-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support as we scale a multi-product, multi-region SaaS business. You will translate operational performance into financial outcomes, establish an executive-ready KPI operating cadence, and elevate resource allocation decisions to maximize durable growth and capital efficiency. You will lead analysis to define financial objectives and KPIs that drive accountability and performance for our cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple regions, product lines, and go-to-market motions. You will also support strategic initiatives related to M&A, investments, and optimization. This role is for someone who is highly motivated to transform and lead a global FP&A function and dynamic team that will enable our growth aspirations beyond $1B revenue.
