Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Fulfillment of daily orders including generating order paperwork & labels, picking & staging material, and loading trucks correctly and on time. - Maintain an accurate inventory count of raw materials and complete weekly cycle counting. - Draw on industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. - Expedite aged orders to improve the Speed-to Ship to our customers. - Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority. - Ensure that the facility is properly cleaned & maintains safety guidelines. - Participating in other warehouse support functions as needed. - Prepare orders according to company standards. - Performs lumber cycle counting and reconcile problems within the operation. - Communicate order & inventory issues to the Lumber Warehouse Manager. - Inputs and creates reports/documents for their functional area to keep track of product movement. - Ensure all department objectives are met. - Manage returned material inventory and repackaging when necessary. - Perform all duties in accordance with environmental and saf...
