Job Title: Head Gymnastics Team Coach Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt): Reports to: Gymnastics Coordinator: Position Summary: Under direct supervision of the head team coach the Girls USAG Team Coach executes the team practice working cooperatively with the team coaching staff, prepares for competitions, executes day-to-day responsibilities to create a safe, secure and enjoyable environment, and ensures the safety of all program participants by complying with the safety guidelines and curriculum set forth by USAG Gymnastics. Provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for participants on the team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead structured team practices focused on skill development, strength, flexibility, and routine preparation Coach athletes during practices, competitions, and events Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate varying skill levels and individual athlete needs Serve as the primary point of contact for athletes and parents regarding: Practice expectations and coaching-related questions Competition (meet) schedules, logistics, and preparation Communicate important updates, reminders, and announcements to families using designated platfor...
