AVP, Scrum Master – Financial Apps

Job description

Role Summary/Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile Delivery team for Financial Applications and primarily for our Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between business, technical teams, and stakeholders spread across multiple locations. You will play a critical role in driving Agile best practices tailored for Oracle ERP Cloud projects, enabling timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Oracle ERP Cloud teams. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, and QA to ensure clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization. Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress and escalate issues as needed.
