This position oversees the administration of all human resources including policies and programs, within the manufacturing plant. This role includes hourly recruitment and onboarding, organizational health and safety, training and career development, employee and labor relations, and compensation and benefits planning. The HR Manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA, and assists line managers in applying HR programs to departmental operations. Additionally, the HR Manager answers employee and candidate questions about HR policies and offerings.
