Market Range: 09 Hiring Salary: $22.77/Hourly: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Program Coordinator serves as the principal College of Pharmacy Graduate and Residency Program administrative support and provides office support for the staff, faculty, and students. This position manages the day-to-day administrative and financial operations for the residency and graduate programs along with other financial functions for the College of Pharmacy. This position provides administrative support to the programs' site directors, mentors, faculty, staff, and students and accounting support including managing budgets, reconciliation of accounts, resolving account and/or budget discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. - Supports the Business Manager and Program Director with financial, administrative and HR needs for the Graduate and Residency programs. - Creates correspondence to potential students of the graduate and residency programs. - Facilitates hiring, onboarding, orientations, and terminations for graduate and residency programs. - Resolves registration issues for students and provides system support. - Schedules graduate student seminar presentations and oth...
