Job Description JOB TITLE: Material Handler: Department: Production: LABOR GRADE: 5: REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor: Pre Requisites: · Read, write and speak English · Past experience / proven ability · Be capable of using basic mathematics. · Be trained in and understand safety and efficiently perform the operations in this job description. · Perform those duties that it may; from time to time, be necessary to change or add to the Job. · Perform other related duties as required. · Abide by all plant rules and safety regulations in the performance of the duties specified here in. · Must have forklift license. Preferred Skills: N/A: Specific Duties: (Included but not limited to) 1. Delivery of Materials a. Insure the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials to maintain continuous operation of equipment. b. Materials to be staged in the designated area around the appropriate machine in an orderly fashion. c. Load cartons and bags to insure supply of finished goods cartons. d.
