Asset Manager Department: Corporate: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Overland Park, KS: Description: The Asset Manager plays a critical role in maximizing the performance, value, and long‑term strategy of a portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate assets. This position is responsible for conducting in‑depth financial analysis, building detailed property and portfolio models, evaluating investment opportunities, and leading property‑level due diligence. The Asset Manager synthesizes complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and works closely with Operations, Property Management, Acquisitions, and Executive Leadership to ensure that asset strategies align with broader organizational goals.
