Job Description – Designated Safety Representative (DSR) Job Title: Designated Safety Representative (DSR) Date: 02/12/2026 Department / Business Unit: Executive: Reports To: Safety Director: FLSA Status: Exempt: Compensation: Salary – Based on Merit: Position Summary: The Designated Safety Representative (DSR) supports and enforces GNS Electric, Inc.’s safety program across all electrical construction projects. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E standards, promotes hazard awareness specific to electrical work, and reinforces the company’s core values of dedication, integrity, responsiveness, and quality. The DSR serves as a visible safety leader responsible for fostering a culture in which every employee takes ownership of safe work practices.
