Location: AR 2–3 days a week in-office Reports to: Team Lead: About the Role: The Category Manager plays a critical role in transforming insights into action to drive retailer success and category growth. We are seeking a Category Manager to lead category strategy for our Spreads, Creams, and Cheese portfolio, delivering best-in-class category solutions across the Natural/Specialty and Walmart channels. This highly visible role partners closely with brand and field teams, developing compelling, data-driven stories that support customer engagement and decision-making. The Category Manager will build strong relationships with brokers, internal and external sales teams, and brand partners, with a focus on accelerating sales, improving profitability, and enabling sustainable business growth.
