We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… Job Title: Production Specialist: Reports to: Group Manager: JELD-WEN is one of the world’s largest door and window manufacturers, with more than 22,000 employees operating in 24 countries globally. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, JELD-WEN designs, produces and distributes an extensive range of interior and exterior doors, wood, vinyl and aluminum windows. Under direct supervision, this position(s) performs repetitive production support operations using hand tools and associated machinery and equipment to assist in the manufacturing of JELD-WEN products including Door Skins, and all other JELD-WEN-related building products. Responsibilities and Duties: Builder - Read and understand customer’s requirements from the job ticket. - Gather all the materials needed to complete the job. - Ensure that all material is labeled properly before it is sent to the warehouse. - Ensure all door accessories are in place before packaging. - Understand each material for the different orders. - Visually inspect, select, and package products according to requested specifications. - Communicate with management on material or maintenance on equipm...
