What you’ll do in the role: Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. seeks a Vice President, Risk / Policy Management in New York, NY to author credit memos and present views to senior credit professionals. Perform financial, credit and industry analyses, including cash flow modeling for general corporates and balance sheet stress for financial institutions, to establish credit-specific ratings. Review, perform diligence, and recommend actions on new lending and trade requests to minimize risk. Track and monitor counterparty compliance in accordance with contractual terms and Firm limits.
